Creating Safer, Kinder and more Purposeful Learning Cultures – using Bitesized Psychology and Relational Support – for Schools, Support Services and Families
Safe, Kind and Ready to Learn
Heather’s mission is to inspire organisations like schools, supporting services and also families (see separate sections below) to dig deeper into their understanding of relational and developmentally healthy cultures which are not only physically safe but also hold space for felt-safety at an individual level.
Cultures where kind, attuned relationships are sequenced and scaffolded using evidence based, reflective and practical tools, in order to impact positively on the development of everyone’s (adults and children) social, emotional and mental health foundations,
And therefore, creating the conditions needed to be ready for purposeful learning and optimistic outcomes.
